All manuals are in English unless otherwise stated.
A Broadband connection is recommended for download
Payment can be either personal cheque (UK only) or Pay Pal
When ordering a download please quote the code PDF in you letter
or Pay Pal order, and you email address, along with the file required
On receipt of your payment I will email you the page code that the download file appears on
or if the file is not too large I will attach it to an email
You will have 48 hours to download your order, after this time the code will be changed
The time limit will be displayed on the download page
If not downloaded within 48 hours then an additional payment of 50% will be charged
If paying by cheque then the page code will be sent after the cheque has cleared
I am sorry, but due to very high bank charges, I am only able to accept cheques in Pounds Sterling
and drawn on a British bank
